Stephanie Norman is the Broker and Owner of Venture Real Estate, a full-service real estate brokerage serving McAllen, Mission, Edinburg and communities throughout the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.
With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Stephanie brings an unusually broad perspective to residential, commercial, investment and development transactions. Her background includes real estate brokerage, mortgage lending, architecture and construction, allowing her to help clients evaluate a property from more than just a sales perspective.
Stephanie holds bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Construction Management and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator. She works with buyers, sellers, investors, builders and developers throughout the Rio Grande Valley, with particular experience in new construction, investment properties, land and development opportunities.
As Broker/Owner of Venture Real Estate, Stephanie also leads and supports a growing team of real estate professionals serving South Texas. Her approach combines market knowledge, strategic analysis, design and construction insight, and a strong understanding of the financial side of real estate.
